ESPN ranks Jaguars' offensive trio 9th-best

Bill Barnwell, a writer for ESPN.com, ranked the Jaguars' offensive trio of Blake Bortles, Allen Hurns, and Allen Robinson, as the 9th-best group in the NFL. This article comes out the day that Allen Robinson cracked the #31 spot in the NFL Top 100, which is voted on by players.

Robinson isn't the only Jaguar on the list, either. Bortles came in at the 56 spot, running back Chris Ivory reached #78, linebacker Telvin Smith was 83rd, and Hurns rounded out the team's top 100 at #89.

There is a lot that can be debated about this list; like Blake Bortles being ranked so highly. My main take on this list is that our prized free agent acquisitions, defensive lineman Malik Jackson and safety Tashaun Gipson, were both shunned from the list. Not that it matters, but I believe those 2 deserved some recognition on the list.

Overall, this offense has a lot of youth and potential. I can agree with Barnwell's rankings of Bortles/Allen+Allen. The three of them will be under more of a microscope this year, as scouts and fantasy football owners will both be keeping an eye on the trio. The sky's the limit.
